Vedder's eco bandwagon
BEFORE jumping on stage to deliver one of the most rocking shows to grace the Acer Arena on Tuesday night, Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder reminisced about the bad old days of littering.
“In the ‘70s, when I was a kid, it would happen all the time that if you finished your soda or fast food you would throw it out the window on the road,” he said.
“What a ridiculous thing it was to be throwing litter all over the streets. And now it’s not an issue anymore.”
